We are in search of a diligent Controller to join our workforce in Woodinville, Washington. This role will primarily involve overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, tax reporting, and other related duties. The Controller will also supervise senior accountants and accounts payable clerks, and will need to handle industry-specific software. This opportunity is perfect for individuals with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reports
Supervise senior accountants and accounts payable clerks
Conduct budgeting and forecasting operations to ensure financial stability
Manage audit and tax reporting processes, including Sales and use, and property taxes
Handle K-1s to investors and monitor Asset-based loans
Work with sales and other staff to present financial results in meetings
Use advanced Excel software for various industry-specific tasks
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth financial operations.
The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000.

Requirements
Proven experience in a Controller role or similar finance leadership position
Must possess strong auditing skills
Proficiency in budget processes is essential
Expected to have a strong grasp of financial reporting principles and practices
Demonstrated leadership skills are necessary
Experience with budgeting and forecasting is required
Knowledge of tax reporting procedures
Familiarity with K-1 tax forms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
