Role Purpose Statement


Join our dynamic team to lead and shape the financial future of our Customer Service Center (CSC) in Dallas. As a Controller, you'll work closely with the General Manager and Managing Director, providing critical financial insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. Your expertise in financial analysis, risk mitigation, and accurate reporting will not only support daily business activities but also play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success. Main Accountabilities


  • Provide strategic oversight and focus on new kitchen operations.
  • Define and implement best practices for processes and systems in new CSC start-ups.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of the Cost-plus pricing model in North America (NAM).
  • Prepare and analyze monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, customer profitability reports, budgets, and interim forecasts.
  • Monitor daily performance, analyze operating results, and make recommendations to optimize facility profitability.
  • Ensure complete and accurate customer accounting and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal audit processes to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Develop robust inventory processes and reporting systems.
  • Identify cost and revenue opportunities to support CSC financial goals.
  • Drive financial accountability in all kitchen functions, from material costs to departmental expenses.
  • Ensure proper organization, staffing, and direction of the area of responsibility.
  • Guide, motivate, and develop both direct and indirect subordinate employees.
  • Plan, implement, and control costs and project budgets, initiating corrective actions in case of deviations.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Seven to ten years of finance experience, with at least five years in financial management.
  • One to three years of experience in catering or a related field.
  • Experience in establishing and implementing processes and systems.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar software.
  • CPA/MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in financial analysis.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interact with and train management at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
