Role Purpose Statement

As a Controller, you'll work closely with the General Manager and Managing Director, providing critical financial insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. Main Accountabilities
- Provide strategic oversight and focus on new kitchen operations.
- Define and implement best practices for processes and systems in new CSC start-ups.
- Oversee the successful implementation of the Cost-plus pricing model in North America (NAM).
- Prepare and analyze monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, customer profitability reports, budgets, and interim forecasts.
- Monitor daily performance, analyze operating results, and make recommendations to optimize facility profitability.
- Ensure complete and accurate customer accounting and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain effective internal audit processes to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Develop robust inventory processes and reporting systems.
- Identify cost and revenue opportunities to support CSC financial goals.
- Drive financial accountability in all kitchen functions, from material costs to departmental expenses.
- Ensure proper organization, staffing, and direction of the area of responsibility.
- Guide, motivate, and develop both direct and indirect subordinate employees.
- Plan, implement, and control costs and project budgets, initiating corrective actions in case of deviations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Seven to ten years of finance experience, with at least five years in financial management.
- One to three years of experience in catering or a related field.
- Experience in establishing and implementing processes and systems.
- Proficiency with SAP or similar software.
- CPA/MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in financial analysis.
- Strong presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to interact with and train management at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
