Individual will manage and lead a team that performs "noncore" contractual work. This will include but not limited to data calls, trade compliance, and contract process knowledge.

Nationality Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple project deadlines while producing quality results within the framework of the organizations set standards and policies
  • Give oversight and guidance to Contracts Operation team for trade compliance and data management and data calls efforts.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, government regulations and industry protocol
  • Assists in developing policies, procedures and practices relating to contract administration
  • Must be confident in speaking with leadership in order to ensure best practices and most efficient methods are being utilized.
  • Must demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must manage time effectively and have excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Candidate is required to be detailed oriented and a critical thinker with good problem-solving skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the day-to-day workflow resolving requests and issues proactively in a team environment·

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relative experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, managing a contracts or contracts operation team
  • Knowledge of and experience with best practices for trade compliance, data management, contract operations

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced Degree preferred
