Contracts Analyst

· Reading through 3rd party contracts to ensure they are beneficial to the mission statement of the organization.
· Ensuring contracts are free from errors and cannot be used by people to exploit or take advantage of our organization.
· Draft changes, redline and address areas/make recommendations to avoid contract disputes.
· Knowledge of legal precedents, ordinances, regulations, and other applicable laws to ensure the contract complies with each requirement.
· Supporting internal staff with negotiating new contracts with client hospitals, clinics and other organizations.
· Review PMT's existing contracts, redlining, and making recommendations in an effort to create standard T&Cs.
· Reading, reviewing, and suggesting changes to ensure contracts are of high quality.
· Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
