Description

The High Street Residential Program is seeking a full time Summer Intern to provide assistance to clients with access to technology by providing basic technology skills around smart phone, virtual appointments, on-line job applications, and access to mental health supports via Apps and on-line support groups such as AA/NA. Many persons served have not had the opportunity to have instruction in basic technology and have , as a result, had more difficulty accessing medical and psychiatric care in the community. This position will provide basic levels of instruction and guidance to residential consumers to help them gain these skills as they move on to more independent settings.

Preferred Qualifications

Given the population served, bilingual or multilingual fluency in Spanish

Additional Information

Benefits are unavailable with the exception of sick leave accruals.

All employees will be paid on a biweekly basis and must have direct deposit.

The salary for this position is $18 an hour.

Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
