Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in commercial contract negotiation and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience and a proven track record of working independently to assess risks and manage contracts effectively. This role requires a creative and solution-oriented individual who is comfortable with CLM software and has experience in creating training materials and clause libraries.
What you will do:
Negotiate and manage commercial contracts, focusing on sales and vendor agreements.
Independently assess and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
Manage the entire contract lifecycle using CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) software tools.
Draft training materials and conduct comprehensive training sessions for company-wide staff.
Develop and maintain a clause library to streamline the contract creation process.
Employ creative problem-solving skills to address contract-related challenges.
What You Will Bring:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts, with some experience in vendor contracts.
