Job Title: Contracts Analyst or Contracts Manager

Location: Remote (California, USA)

Compensation: $75.00/hr

Contract Details: 3 month contract (possibility to extend), W-2, Benefits Eligible

Details:

The worlds largest entertainment streaming service is looking for a new Contracts Manager to assist with vendor tech deals!

Responsibilities:

• Support contract managers on team by providing legal review and analysis on commercial contracts
• Provide first draft or redline on third party paper for vendor technology deals
• Provide first draft on internal paper for vendor services deals
• Review and negotiate NDAs
• Maintain contract and workflow systems, including trackers
• Support on special projects

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a transactional paralegal, contracts negotiator, or contracts manager, working in-house at a company or law firm
• Experience in contract review, structuring, and drafting, as well as negotiating commercial and technology agreements
• Experience with contract database systems and/or workflow systems
• Strong analytical capabilities and judgment; strategic thinker with strong
