Contract Manager

Northside Hospital is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager, Contracting to join our dynamic Managed Care department. In this leadership role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Managed Care agreements deliver the best possible care for our patients.

Prior experience in healthcare is required!

Responsibilities:

• Lead contract negotiations with healthcare payors, leveraging data and insights to secure terms that align with Northside's mission of providing exceptional patient care.
• Oversee the entire life cycle of Managed Care agreements, from implementation to ongoing review, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve quality of care.
• Become a trusted advisor on Managed Care and hospital reimbursement methodologies, providing expert guidance and support to internal departments.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both hospital staff and payors, ensuring clear communication throughout the contracting process.

• Deep understanding of Managed Care and hospital reimbursement models.
• Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve patient care delivery.
• Strong leadership and project management skills to guide the contracting process.
