Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager. You will play a critical role in managing the contract compliance aspect whilst managing the Contract Analyst Team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Managing the overall contract compliance of in accordance with contract requirements, company policy and procedures, and applicable laws.
Coordinating proposals and activities for assigned contracts. Ability to provide guidance and training to internal teams relating to all phases of the contract lifecycle.
Managing individual workload to ensure the timely and compliant accomplishment of project deadlines and completing accurate internal and external client deliverables.
Working closely with the functional team with the objective of becoming a trusted adviser by achieving day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
Tracking and communicating the key issues and status of contracts portfolio relative to contract requirements
Managing contracting team initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that demands strong capabilities to come into projects and initiatives without much guidance and deliver them to completion.
Pursuing continual process improvement and efficiency and effectively managing process changes with the team and other internal stakeholders
Maintaining and ensuring that program teams maintain adequate documentation to support compliance with contractual requirements, company policy and procedure, and applicable laws.
Managing and overlooking the Contracts Analysts team
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Legal field
Between 3-5 years of experience in project management or as a Contracts Manager
Proven experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems implementation is a plus
In-depth understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
