Contract Manager

Job Title: CLM Contract Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager. You will play a critical role in managing the contract compliance aspect whilst managing the Contract Analyst Team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Managing the overall contract compliance of in accordance with contract requirements, company policy and procedures, and applicable laws.
• Coordinating proposals and activities for assigned contracts. Ability to provide guidance and training to internal teams relating to all phases of the contract lifecycle.
• Managing individual workload to ensure the timely and compliant accomplishment of project deadlines and completing accurate internal and external client deliverables.
• Working closely with the functional team with the objective of becoming a trusted adviser by achieving day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
• Tracking and communicating the key issues and status of contracts portfolio relative to contract requirements
• Managing contracting team initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that demands strong capabilities to come into projects and initiatives without much guidance and deliver them to completion.
• Pursuing continual process improvement and efficiency and effectively managing process changes with the team and other internal stakeholders
• Maintaining and ensuring that program teams maintain adequate documentation to support compliance with contractual requirements, company policy and procedure, and applicable laws.
• Managing and overlooking the Contracts Analysts team

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Legal field
• Between 3-5 years of experience in project management or as a Contracts Manager
• Proven experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems implementation is a plus
• In-depth understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
