Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Manager at leading well-known hedge fund in NYC. The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, familiarity working with Master Service Agreements and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Qualifications
Strong contract management skills with experience in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and agreements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Experience in the financial industry or related fields
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
