The company provides construction and service to leading customers in thousands of end client facilities along with the majority of the iconic buildings in New York City.

We are searching for a Contract Manager for Pace Companies. In this position you will manage payment reporting. The position is located in Brooklyn, NY and reports to the Vice President of Finance.


What will you do?


  • Lien Waiver Management: Ensure accurate processing of lien waivers, sworn statements and subtier waivers as a function of Accounts Receivable.
  • Payroll Reporting: Handle certified payroll, obtain accurate sign-in sheets, submit monthly utilization reports.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Reporting: Oversee MWBE reporting to support and comply with diversity initiatives.
  • Payment Reporting: Manage payment reporting through various forms and websites, including the NYS B2G system, ensuring timely and accurate reporting at all times.
  • Insurance Management: Oversee OCIP/CCIP enrollments to ensure comprehensive coverage and compliance.
  • Complete OCIP/CCIP payroll reporting with limitations on monthly basis throughout project lifecycle. Complete Workers Compensation/OCIP/CCIP audits as necessary.
  • Prequalification Management: Provide and request prequalification data to and from clients and subcontractors.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee all aspects of subcontractor compliance, including insurance, reporting and contractual compliance, including certified payroll, utilization reporting, payment reporting etc.
  • Closeout: Serve as single point of contact for compliance matters on miscellaneous compliance matters, including closeout packages, closeout letters, letters of completion, warranty notices, etc.



What you will bring!


  • Experience and expertise in managing (preparing/obtaining/submitting) sworn statements, lien waivers for entity and subtiers.
  • Self-starter, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in excel, producing and understanding reports.
  • Accounting/legal background.
  • Familiarity with Workers Compensation reporting and payroll reporting practices.
  • Understanding of construction insurance, including OCIP/CCIP and subtier obligations.
  • Experience with payment, MWBE and workforce utilization reporting.
  • Proficiency in using the NYS B2G system and other relevant software for compliance and reporting, including, but not limited to LCP Tracker, LCP Certified, Elation, eMars, Paycom, Vista Viewpoint.
  • Experience in compliance management within the construction industry, particularly in New York.
