Contract Manager

Consilio's client—a cutting-edge international technology company that helps keep airports safe—is seeking a midlevel Contract Manager to support their contracts team. The Contract Manager’s main duties would be to support initial bids for RFPs from states and localities; review, redline, and provide risk analysis for contracts; and draft contract proposals and amendments. This is a full-time, long-term contract opportunity. Target pay is $45/hr and work is hybrid, with ideally a few days in the Minneapolis-area office each week, but client is flexible for the right candidate. This role is perfect for someone who likes to work in a fast-paced environment, with a supportive and collaborative team.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years’ government and commercial contract management experience.
• Experience at a technology, security, or privacy-related company preferred.
• Contract negotiation and administration expertise.
• Experience with high-value and long-term, fixed-rate contracts a plus.
