Contract Field Landman

Olympus Energy LLC (“Olympus”) is seeking a well-rounded professional Contract Field Landman for immediate hire. The position will be responsible for acquiring agreements and leases for natural gas development in Southwest Pennsylvania.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact extensively with landowner to discuss project details
• Acquire Surface Use Agreements and Pipeline and Waterline Rights-of-Way Agreements
• Acquire leases for upstream and midstream projects
• Interpret surveys, engineering drawings, construction plans, title, and abstracts
• Interact extensively with internal departments, related to planning, construction and permitting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry or closely related industries or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of agreements: surface, settlements, waivers, etc.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and to use good judgement to make sound decisions based on site conditions, field data, knowledge of regulations and landowner contracts
• Experience with Construction projects, damage settlements, third party crossing agreements

Preferred attributes:

• Bachelor's degree or above preferred
• Management experience preferred
• CPL, PA Notary preferred
• Peloton Landview experience preferred
