As a Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of contracts, financial data, and other relevant information to support business decision making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a background in finance, with a solid understanding of contract lifecycle and RFP management processes. Knowledge of data interpretation and economics, particularly in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of contracts, financial data, and other relevant information to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
Ensure contract compliance and identify areas for cost savings and process efficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate new contracts and amendments
Manage the contract lifecycle process, including drafting, negotiation, and renewal of contracts
Oversee RFP management process, including evaluating vendor proposals and negotiating terms and conditions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and tracking systems
Provide recommendations and assist in the development of pricing strategies and cost analyses
Utilize data interpretation and economic principles to support contract decisions and negotiations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in contract analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and RFP management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data interpretation and economic principles
Experience with contract management software is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
