IntePros is excited to partner with a Fortune 200 Investment Banking and Financial Company in helping them identify a Contract Analyst for a critical engagement in Pittsburgh, PA.
Duties Include:
· Establish partnerships with source system data owners to understand and document data requirements, including scope, limitations, attribute definitions, and linkages to other datasets.
· Analyze, query, and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures.
· Perform root cause analysis for data errors; research and identify scope and complexity of issues, interpret findings, and recommend remediation steps.
· Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by managers and other leaders.
· Ensure accuracy and quality of work, conducting thorough research on queries and providing accurate responses to relevant parties.
· Implement and measure data quality and controls, ensuring adherence to data quality standards.
· Determine business impact level for data quality issues and recommend long-term solutions.
· Professional and timely handling of all inquiries.
· Strong documentation and presentation skills to communicate findings and processes effectively.
· Work in a deadline-driven environment, managing pressure and adapting to a changing work environment.
· Understand compliance policies and process tasks in accordance with procedures.
Qualifications:
· Preferred experience in banking, product/financial services, auditing, or compliance.
· Knowledge of data environments and applications using big data processes is advantageous.
· Experience with issue management systems and familiarity with logical data models.
· Strong data management and metadata analysis skills.
· Proficiency in Excel.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
