Contract Analyst

Global Management Consulting firm Gap International, based in the Philadelphia area, is looking for someone with a background in corporate contracts to join our team. This role requires the ability to draft, negotiate, and proofread consulting contracts between Gap International and our corporate clients. The integrity of our work centers around contracts that accurately reflect our initiatives to the client, while protecting Gap International’s interests. The Contract Analyst will also have a role in business development and consulting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft contracts for consulting engagements in a short timeframe
• Proofread contracts with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Review client contract templates with a focus on Gap International’s safety and protection
• Compile corporate pricing sheets for consulting engagements
• Partner with various stakeholders to ensure the accurate delivery of contracts
• Work together with executive leadership to obtain contract approval
• Own the entirety of contracts from the request for a contract through to the delivery of the components, and everything in between

QUALIFICATIONS

• JD or equivalent Law degree required
• 3+ years of relevant contract experience – Drafting, reviewing, negotiating
• Deep understanding and knowledge of legal agreement drafting
• Client-facing experience preferred
• Strong ability in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Adept at working with numbers
• Energized working in an entrepreneurial environment where things can change often
• Interested in working both in contracts as well as consulting and business development
• Extremely collaborative and do well in a team environment
