Contract Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the RFP process for non-GPO customers, from identification to submission, in collaboration with other departments.
• Review opportunity emails and websites daily to identify sales opportunities.
• Manage GSS pricing, training, and miscellaneous requests.
• Maintain metrics and visual management dashboards.
• Complete questionnaires and documents for government, GPO, IDN, Ref Lab, and customer technical and risk analyses.
• Redline, discuss, and finalize purchase agreements, addendums, and renewals for various deals.
• Communicate yearly contract pricing and train new employees on department processes.

Essential Requirements:

• BA or BS Degree with 3+ years of related experience OR equivalent work experience of a minimum of 5+ years.
• Strong proficiency in reviewing and adjusting business and legal terms and conditions.
