Your role at Clorox:

This leader is responsible for overseeing the continuous improvement function and related activities in their plants. This leader ensures that their plant will successfully implement TRACC through Stage 3, work towards achieving plant Continuous improvement objectives, and strengthen the plant’s E2E expertise in operational excellence. This leader will collaborate with the other plant functions to support plant CI needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of TRACC through Stage 3, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer-centricity, and process integration.
  • Pilot leadership activities at various sites to model and facilitate the adoption of operational excellence principles.
  • Develop and own implementation plans for TRACC stages, ensuring smooth progression and alignment with business objectives.
  • Take ownership of identifying and addressing losses and waste within the site, driving initiatives to eliminate them.
  • Implement Implementation Task Forces (ITFs) across the site to drive focused improvement efforts.
  • Drive Process Improvement Projects (PIPs) aimed at eliminating losses and improving operational efficiency.
  • Review process improvements and provide recommendations to drive results and efficiency gains.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for improving site operations, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Offer coaching and implementation support in Reliability Engineering and Constraint Management to enhance operational reliability and efficiency.
  • Standardize training and documentation processes, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in conveying key processes and procedures.

  • Skilled in team building, fostering diversity, and cultivating high performance.
  • Deep understanding of continuous improvement principles and aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Proven collaborator, trusted advisor, and influential decision-maker within plant operations.
  • Expert coach, providing feedback for individual growth and fostering innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100

–Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100

–Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
