Continuous Improvement Senior Manager

We are looking for a self-starter with analytical skills to join our team and drive Continuous Improvement across Client Experience. The Continuous Improvement Manager will help grow revenue and profitability by improving quality and lead times that will win and retain clients, and reduce cost from non valuable activity or waste.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading and driving process improvement initiatives across the organization and for driving continuous improvement strategy. You’ll Get To

  • Shape Strategy: Apply principles of BPM to design strategy for the optimization, standardization and re-engineering of cross-functional processes and for the implementation of scalable solutions across the value chain in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Impact Results: Lead critical process improvement initiatives through the use of LSS tools and concepts including Gembas, Kaizen events, statistical analysis, and Value Stream Mapping to deliver cost savings while improving the Client Experience.
  • Connect and Lead: Navigate cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization through ambiguity during LEAN implementations by demonstrating your excellent organizational change and communication skills.
  • Become a SME: Be the expert for cross-functional processes by developing business cases supported by data and advise senior leadership in their decision making.
  • Create Tools for Success: Create and drive the use of new methods, tools and KPIs for evaluating customer experience including ongoing monitoring of service levels as well as operational efficiencies to gain insight into the business and opportunities.
  • Inspire Change: Champion continuous improvement and educate others on standard methodologies related to LEAN & Process Excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or another related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • 7 years’ experience driving large improvement initiatives through the direct application of Lean and/or Six Sigma concepts and Continuous Improvement methodologies with demonstrable business results.
  • 10+ years relevant working experience in a globally operating company in a regional or global role.
  • Experienced owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Skilled in mapping detailed process maps, flowcharts, and value-stream maps, emphasizing end-to-end visualization demonstrating business process modeling notations (BPMN2.0) standard methodologies.
  • Professional knowledge of statistical methods and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking to identify and synthesize patterns from emerging trends and translate into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical thinking to be able to interpret large amounts of information and synthesize insights.
  • Capable of leading change with sense of urgency and bias for action without need for immediate guidance management.
  • Strong communication, project management skills, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Change Management certified professional (Prosci, CCMP) preferred.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$141,500.00 - $178,500.00
