Continuous Improvement Manager

Join our team as the Business Unit Improvement Manager, spearheading continuous improvement efforts within our CCM Units. Collaborate closely with senior leaders, plant teams, and Carlisle Operating Standards resources to instill a culture of excellence, driving towards operational and financial objectives. This pivotal role demands comprehensive knowledge of CCM businesses and exceptional influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business unit's COS journey to foster continuous improvement, employee engagement, and achievement of financial and operational targets, championing a culture of excellence.
• Coordinate COS programs and initiatives such as Policy Deployment, Business Process Improvements and Problem Solving, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive impactful change through participation in Kaizen events, coaching CCM employees, and optimizing initiatives like MDI, 5S, Idea System, and TPM.
• Implement the COS Framework across all levels, guiding leadership, mentoring employees, and facilitating improvement events to deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Establish and maintain measurable standards for improvement projects, conducting regular meetings and reports to track progress and drive accountability.

Education

BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business administration or Finance is preferable; Lean Champion Certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus.

Experience

5+ years of business process or continuous improvement experience.
