Continuous Improvement Manager
Elgin Area of IL
Direct Hire
Pay is dependent on Location
Bilingual English and (Spanish or Italian) is desired.
Qualifications
• BS Degree in a related discipline such as Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to Lean Production - food manufacturing is a plus
• Concepts, such as TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
• Ability to develop programs from scratch and build from the ground up.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, actively listening, facilitating, challenging, communicating, and motivating multifunctional teams and employees at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a relevant discipline, adaptable to change, and quick to learn
• Strong drive for operational excellence and business results, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Builds cohesive teams and serves as a role model in coaching and championing change
