We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and execute improvement projects.
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead training sessions and workshops to educate staff on continuous improvement principles.
Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in a continuous improvement role.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable.
