M&D also stocks a complete assortment of turbos (new and remanufactured), inframe overhaul kits, filtration and aftertreatment parts including DPFs, DOCs, EGRs, sensors and other engine parts. Our strong remanufacturing roots combined with our 41 branch locations, a nationwide outside sales team of 25 and our close OEM & Manufacturer partnerships make us unique in the industry – no one understands diesel engine failure analysis and parts better than M&D . WE FUEL UPTIME . Position Summary: As a Continuous Improvement Process Engineer , you will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and productivity within our organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, implement improvements, and drive sustainable change. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead process mapping, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping exercises. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to streamline operations. Design and execute experiments to validate process changes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against improvement goals. Train and mentor team members on process improvement techniques. Participate in cross-functional project teams to drive organizational excellence. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred. Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in manufacturing or production environments. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with process simulation tools and statistical analysis software. Ability to lead change and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to travel to manufacturing locations in U.S. and Mexico Valid driver’s license with good driving record. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
