We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual who will help create and foster a unique boutique experience for our valued customers and provide administrative support to our design and management teams.

CONTENT WRITER ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Has a passion for analyzing SEO results and Stays on top of Marketing Trends
• Responsible for all blog content and email newsletters
• Create on-brand informative and engaging content to improve the Valet Custom brand visibility
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Create and manage all email drip campaigns, nurture campaigns, and email marketing campaigns
• Strong attention to detail

SHOWROOM ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Answer phones
• Greet guests in the showroom
• Educate customers on Valet's products and services
• Process new leads and distribute them to the sales/design team
• Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and appearance
• Administrative tasks to support design and management team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Motivated self-starter
• Ability to multi-task
• Commitment to deliver exceptional service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, Word, Outlook, and Google Suite
• Passion for luxury products and an eye for design

LOCATION AND HOURS:

• Campbell Showroom
• Tuesday -Saturday 9:45 am - 515 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
