About The Role

Content Strategy Development:

  • Conduct research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Define content goals and objectives aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to each social media platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand voice, messaging, and values.

Content Planning and Calendar Management:

  • Create content calendars outlining themes, topics, and posting schedules.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing/Creatives team to gather input and ensure content relevance and accuracy.
  • Oversee overall content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Creation and Curation:

  • Contribute to approval of high-quality, engaging content including text, images, videos
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and follows best practices for each platform.

Content Optimization and Performance Analysis:

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of content performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • A/B test content variations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Generate regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and actionable insights.
