This position can be based remotely in any of our approved hiring regions. Our hybrid distributed workforce philosophy allows us to find the best talent in the country and build diverse teams, while allowing our colleagues to work from the location that works best for them.

The Role

We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to join the dynamic marketing team at Kiavi, a leading fintech company revolutionizing financing for real estate investors. As a mission-critical member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content strategies that resonate with our target audience, drive engagement, and support our business objectives. Leveraging an integrated approach of both online and offline marketing channels, you’ll develop key marketing campaigns that align with our brand narrative and own large initiatives that establish Kiavi as the go-to lender for real estate investors.

You’ll need an eye for quality and attention to detail, along with an ability to grasp and present our products’ value proposition in a way that resonates with our audience and takes Kiavi’s brand and product marketing programs to the next level.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and effectively manage all aspects of the channels you own to ensure operational excellence, impressive deliverable quality, and adequate stakeholder management. Evaluate key performance metrics and find opportunities for further optimization.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, emails, social media, website copy, and more that supports business/product objectives.
  • Execute on our SEO strategy by optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and user experience to increase organic visibility and traffic to our digital assets.
  • Support the customer journey for new and existing customers through a segmentation strategy that delivers the right message at the right time. This includes owning, maintaining, and creating content at every stage of the funnel: top of funnel content such as blog posts and social media, mid-funnel content such as email campaigns, webinars, and direct mail pieces, and bottom of funnel content such as sales collateral.
  • Manage Kiavi’s organic social media channels, including drafting and publishing engaging content that resonates with Kiavi’s target audiences across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Demonstrate an ownership mindset by analyzing content and campaign performance to optimize results and present insights to a variety of cross-functional partners.
  • Become an expert on Kiavi’s brand, products, and target customers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in content marketing strategies.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience with 4+ years as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role within a marketing department.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
  • Experience in developing strategy and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs and have worked closely with both in-house creative partners and agencies.
  • Strong track record of crafting compelling content and amazing customer journeys that deliver results.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset with a passion for bringing a story to life across contexts and channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple ongoing programs with varying priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Ability to understand data, derive impactful insights, and create clarity.
  • Excellent communicator (both verbally & written) with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with creating clear KPIs and measuring the success of campaigns throughout the funnel.
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, operations, legal, and data science teams.
  • Nice to have, but not required: you love real estate investing and/or finance.


Kiavi takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. The expected annualized base pay range for this full-time role to be performed remotely is $102,300 - $153,500 + 10% bonus + equity + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Your recruiter can share more about the specific base pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the pay range listed above reflects the base salary only, and does not include the target value of equity, or benefits.

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Kiavi offers free employee-only coverage for medical, dental, and vision plans. Dependents receive a heavily discounted premium, competitively placed in the 90th percentile for cost.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA): For those enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), Kiavi provides an annual employer contribution to HSAs: $500 for individual coverage and $1,000 for dependents.
  • Disability and Life Insurance: Immediate access to short-term and long-term disability insurance, as well as group life and AD&D insurance, with coverage at 1x annual salary.
  • Remote Work Policy: Kiavi supports working remotely for day to day activities for most roles and occasionally may ask employees to gather in person for key meetings, trainings, team building etc. For remote workers, Kiavi offers a one-time office setup reimbursement of up to $500 and a monthly $75 stipend for internet and phone expenses. For in-office workers, Kiavi offers employer contributions to commuter benefits account, either for parking or public transportation.
  • Flexible Time Off: Employees are empowered to manage their own time off, with no strict limits, as long as it's approved by their manager.
  • Paid Leaves: Up to 8 weeks of paid leave for medical or caregiver purposes, and 12 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave. Short-term disability leave is also available for birthing mothers.
  • 401(k) & Company Match: A 401(k) plan managed by Fidelity, with Kiavi matching 100% of contributions up to 3% of compensation or $4,000 (whichever is less). All employer contributions are immediately vested.
  • Product Ownership: All employees think like an owner because all employees play a critical role in making our business great. Many roles are eligible for stock option grants.
