Manager, Content Strategy
Position Overview: The Manager of Content Strategy will partner with media, audience, and other stakeholders to drive strategic and creative plans. You'll be responsible for producing creative briefs with input from creative leaders and managing strategy across creative teams, ensuring all content aligns with the overall strategy. This role includes generating the content matrix and providing detailed campaign information for execution. You will implement short- and long-term strategies for partners while delivering cost-efficient, quality service. Collaborating closely with the marketing and media team, you will develop strategies for integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Approvals & Guidance (20%): Approve creative assets throughout the production process, ensuring alignment with strategy.
- Creative Brief and Content Matrix (35%): Develop and manage creative briefs and content matrices. Align creative content with business priorities and overall vision, conduct creative discovery, and collaborate with agencies.
- Creative Budget (10%): Ensure creative concepts and content stay within budget constraints, approving any deviations.
- Partnership (25%): Understand partner business models and needs, solve problems proactively, and collaborate with the audience, media, and stakeholders during the planning phase.
- Research and Market Intelligence (10%): Conduct research to guide recommendations and translate partner needs into creative briefs.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain profitable client relationships.
- Proficiency in creative problem-solving and omni-channel marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related fields.
- Experience managing creative projects with proven results.
- Detailed understanding of creative organization and marketing channels.
