Title: Digital Asset Manager

Contract duration :6 months

Location : HYBRID at Seattle, Washington 98134 (3 days a week in office and 2 days work from home)

Pay Rate: $55-$57/Hour on W2



Description:


Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, user-centric, and resourceful content manager. This position will provide dedicated digital asset management support to a global communications team.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and evolution of digital asset management capabilities for our team, with a special focus on large media, video/photo, and Adobe-based creative files.
  • Manage and organize digital company assets, coming up with scalable systems for file taxonomy for easy searching, indexing, cataloging, archiving, metadata tagging, etc. Work on an archive system to organize our existing files.
  • Work within existing company-wide content management systems, as well as develop new and improved user-centric systems and asset libraries.
  • Partner with operations managers and IT departments to figure out access solutions for external and internal stakeholders, including international teams.
  • Be a partner to both technical and non-technical teammates and leaders, and be able to clearly communicate, train, and document materials and processes. Support with onboarding new users and assist with questions from all users.
  • Support producers on complex campaigns and live productions/events, setting up and maintaining workflows, handling asset search requests, and final asset delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to recommend the latest technology solutions, including AI tools, and content security standards.
  • Perform a high volume of tasks with limited direction, independently solve problems and take on projects to improve processes.


Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of proven experience working in Digital Asset Management for large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience with maintaining large asset libraries, metadata schema development, high-volume file transmissions, establishing naming conventions, cataloging and taxonomy for assets.
  • Experienced in one or more digital asset management technologies that can handle large media file volumes.
  • Strongly experienced in the Microsoft 365 suite, especially SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of media and creative software, including Adobe Premiere and the suite of Adobe visual asset management tools. Must understand how to work with the different file types and exports.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with international asset management and working with technical and access limitations.
  • Experience with real-time live event asset management or similar quick-turn projects.
  • A true collaborator and team player.
