Social Media Content Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Content Manager to join our dynamic online gaming company. Your primary focus will be on creating and managing engaging and compelling content across all social channels to provide our players with an immersive and thrilling experience. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our content strategy aligns with our brand and marketing goals, while effectively managing multiple social media campaigns. Your expertise will drive the growth of our brand awareness, engagement, and player loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will be managing all social media creative, and execution across each vertical under the overarching marketing strategy.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all social media channels.
  • Create a content calendar that includes all major marketing events and launches for sports, casino, lottery, and other gaming verticals.
  • Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content tailored to each social media platform, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
  • Work with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Execute social media campaigns and promotions, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns, using insights from analytics to optimize future content and campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer support to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
  • Leverage insights from various teams to improve content relevance and engagement.
  • Engage with our community across all social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and player inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and interactive online community, enhancing player loyalty and brand love.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on social media performance against established KPIs.
  • Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in content strategy and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in social media, gaming, and audience preferences.
  • Recommend and implement new content initiatives to keep our social media presence fresh and engaging.
  • Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in social media content management, preferably within the online gaming industry.
    • Demonstrated expertise in content marketing and social media platforms, with a focus on sports, casino, and lottery.
    • Strong creative and analytical skills, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • A self-motivator with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
    • Proficient in social media analytics tools and techniques for performance measurement and optimization.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Experience in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
    • Familiarity with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices specific to the online gaming industry.
    • A collaborative team player who can inspire and lead others while also working independently.
    • Ability to relocate to Costa Rica to join the rest of the team or work remotely with CR time zone
