Job Overview:
As a Content Lead at SOTA Cloud, you will be responsible for managing and creating content strategies, overseeing the development of high-quality content, and ensuring all content aligns with the company's overall objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, produce, and promote content that attracts and retains customers, while also supporting brand awareness and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
Lead the creation of engaging content across various formats such as customer stories, blogs, videos, webinars, emails, social media posts, etc.
Maintain editorial governance across all content platforms, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and adheres to brand guidelines.
Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to create content that meets the needs of our audience.
Develop strategies for content distribution and promotion across various channels to increase visibility and drive traffic.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content releases that align with marketing initiatives and seasonal trends.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to stay informed and identify new content opportunities.
Implement processes for content review, editing, and approval to uphold high standards of quality and consistency.
Help with product launch campaigns and engaging customer retention programs
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing content to better optimize lead generation efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Content Marketing or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically, generating innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Ability to work well in teams
HubSpot experience is a plus
Experience in the Dental/Medical Industry is a plus
Self-starter that can locate problems, consult the team, and help execute solutions
