Phreesia Life Sciences is looking for a Content Editor to join our Creative team! We are revolutionizing the point-of-care space by creating content for patients who are in a “healthcare state of mind” – right before they see their doctor.

As a Content Editor, you will report to the Senior Content Editor, and work with the Content Writers and other Content Strategy teams, to maintain editorial quality control of campaigns during all stages of production. The Content Editor will partner with cross-functional team members on a day-to-day basis to ensure tasks are completed according to the editorial workflows and timelines. The Content Editor will be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail, and able to juggle several projects at the same time.

This is a fully remote position with priority given to candidates in the EST/CST time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the Content Editor for Phreesia campaigns across different brands and disease states
  • Copyedit, proofread, and maintain style and quality control on a variety of promotional and educational materials from manuscript through digital programming
  • Collaborate with Creative/Design, Operations, Account, and other team members to ensure that campaigns are of the highest quality in terms of accuracy, clarity, and readability
  • Assist the Senior Content Editor to maintain in-house and brand style guides
  • Assist the Senior Content Editor with ad hoc editorial copyediting for other projects as needed, such as Phreesia Life Sciences promotional content and client communications

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of copyediting experience in a pharmaceutical advertising, an in-house agency, or a medical publishing company strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of AMA Manual of Style required
  • Working knowledge of AP Manual of Style preferred
  • Exceptional working knowledge of English grammar and usage required
  • Creative approach to problem solving and ability to prioritize projects based on deadlines required
  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills required
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF editor to copyedit strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel to offsites 1-2 times a year

Base pay for US is $60,000 - $70,000 USD depending on qualifications.
