Content Creator - Social Media Reels

Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with an appliance company to hire a Content Creator.

The pay for this six month, onsite contract is $24/hr. You will work 40 hours/week.

Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a Content Creator to create, review and edit content for the in-house social intelligence and engagement team. This business function began as an incubator project and has developed into a valuable marketing tool designed to capture social engagement about their brands and categories. With the support of daily analytics and social scraping, the Content Creator role contributes to a team with strategic decisions for appropriate responses and intersections with relevant creative. You will also be responsible for making content that reaches their target audience on social platforms by delivering both useful and appealing information about the brand & it’s Products to gain maximum exposure. This role is expected to work simultaneously with the brand, product, advertising, and communication teams to maintain the brand’s creative style guide and tone consistency.

Essential Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop a range of ideas in a short amount of time taking feedback for improvements.
• Create, produce and/or coordinate production of social content shooting and editing video and photo assets.
• Ensure brand voice and business objectives are effectively executed across all messaging.
• Translate technical writing into public facing copy for feature and benefit needs.
• Proof all creative assets for accuracy and legal clearance by engaging appropriate stakeholders.
• Assist in the execution of influencer contracts, product fulfillment and content creation.
• Tracking and analyzing performance to improve results.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating engagement and traffic. Please share samples of your work (portfolio or links to published articles) along with your application.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
• Related work experience
• Exceptional writing skills and creativity, creating engaging, persuasive content
• Savvy on social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excel at project management
• Ability to problem-solve and work within a cross-functional environment
• Experience with Canva, Capcut and AI technology a plus
