A really exciting opportunity has arisen to join the marketing team as a Content Creator on their team. The successful candidate will hit the ground running and contribute to several content projects working closely with the rest of the team to create content across all aspects of the business.

Job Purpose 

As Content Creator your purpose is to create print and digital content that provides information and showcases the products and services  they offer. You will utilize research and develop content that accurately reflects their company ideals and products proven solution areas for inclusion within an array of various outputs.

This role will involve ensuring that content is always of the highest quality. You will ideally have previous editorial experience and will have an excellent level of written English. You will have experience in all areas of content publishing, planning and editing and ideally within the higher education sector.

 

Key accountabilities

  • Create and manage the content creation strategy across the marketing team

  • Writing, editing, proofreading, and overseeing any content production

  • Organize and execute a variety of content tactics and types

  • Providing small amounts of ad-hoc copywriting support to the wider business

 

Requirements

  • Be an experienced storyteller having the ability to utilize internal and external research to develop compelling lead generating content

  • Be a proven writer and editor with the ability to write, edit and proofread web content

  • Have exceptional literacy skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Have very high standards for all content that you write or edit

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience  

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant marketing role 

  • Excellent understanding of marketing and project planning techniques

  • Exceptional communication skills with a high standard of written English

  • Professional, presentable, dependable and self-motivated 

  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • A strong team player who brings a positive attitude to every interaction

  • Proven ability to work on a global scale is preferred.
