Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator Intern (unpaid) to join our growing team seeking to gain knowledge and skills in the fields of Marketing, PR, and Community Management. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across TikTok and Instagram. You will work closely with leadership to create content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand's vision and values.
The commitment for this internship is 10-20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce creative content for our digital platforms (TikTok & Instagram)
Collaborate with the leadership to create content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in beauty and digital marketing to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
Use analytics to measure the performance of content and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
Engage with our community across social media platforms to foster relationships and build brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Portfolio showcasing creative and engaging content across various platforms.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
Skills and Experience:
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for beauty and staying current with industry trends.
