Are you a versatile freelance content creator with a knack for grabbing attention? Propellant, a digital agency and production company, located in the arts district of NE Minneapolis, is looking for a motivated and creative early-career content creator willing to join our team. In this role, you will concept, create, and/or edit captivating video and visual content designed to drive interest, excitement, and build relationships with the audience.

Our projects range from feature films, climate change solutions, podcasts, digital series, and marketing campaigns for clients. With a focus on creativity, we strive to create meaningful change and consistently deliver value to our partners, collaborators, and clients.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Produce engaging, authentic video and visual, and tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Posting and Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and publish content to ensure consistent and timely updates across all platforms.
Analytics: Monitor social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Strategy Development: Assist in developing and refining social media strategies to align with business goals and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation.
Strong skills in video production & graphic design. Are you a champ with just a phone, Capcut, and a Canva account? That’s cool too.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools
Solid understanding of the YouTube ecosystem
The ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Creative and innovative thinking with an attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
