In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the content and localization processes of the Integrated Marketing Content Team. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials for customer-facing events, while maintaining strong relationships with content agencies and cross-functional teams.
Summary of the opportunity
As a Marketing Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business initiatives by overseeing project management, content development and management, localization processes, stakeholder management, and agency coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and initiatives while honing your skills in communications and program management within a dynamic corporate environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Identify and manage project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
Use project management tools to monitor daily project progress and provide real-time updates to relevant parties.
Assist in creating compelling content for customer-facing events, ensuring alignment with business initiatives.
Organize and maintain all content-related documents in a centralized SharePoint repository.
Own the localization activities for customer-facing events, including coordination with translation services.
Develop and maintain accurate process documentation and ensure alignment and integration of processes.
Partner with content agencies to manage marketing schedules and communications.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure content alignment with business objectives.
Work with agencies for various projects, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project requirements.
Identify opportunities to leverage and scale branding, digital, and media initiatives.
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in stakeholder management and project management.
Proficiency in content development and strong project management skills.
Strong understanding of localization workflows and processes.
