A Little About Our Marketing Team

Our marketing team is a dynamic group dedicated to driving growth and building brand awareness. We thrive on creativity, collaboration, and data-driven strategies. By working closely with revenue operations, sales, product, and customer success teams, we ensure our content aligns with our business objectives and delivers value to our customers.

What You Do

  • Develop Content Strategy: Partner with Marketing Leader to create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances our brand presence
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content that spans the SaaS GTM bowtie (not just a funnel here) across various formats, including blog posts, articles, reports, sales enablement, case studies, and social media.
  • Editorial Oversight: Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and consistency in messaging and tone
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to align content with their needs and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Content Distribution: Develop and implement distribution strategies to maximize content reach and engagement
  • Manage Content Partners: Mentor and guide our external partners such as our SEO agency, copywriters and video editors, fostering a collaborative , innovative and performance driven environment
  • Socially Engaged: Manage social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn) to promote content and engage with target audiences, consistently cultivate strong relationships to assist in establishing partnerships with influencers and brands to increase our reach
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into content strategy. Including the latest social trends to enhance our community-building efforts
  • Analyze and Report: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Analytical Mindset: You’re extremely data-oriented, able to translate content results into business impact, and use data to inform decisions and improve content performance

  • Tech Forward: You leverage technology to help drive productivity and efficiency effectively, embrace automation and AI where appropriate.

What You’ve Done

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience including at least 1 year of people management
  • You have experience related to journalism, public relations and corporate content marketing where you’ve successfully crafted and executed a content strategy for a brand
  • You have a strong pulse on the tech and startup scene, with a curiosity for and natural ability to mine for stories that have yet to be widely covered
  • You have a track record for creating inspiring content that drives emotion, customer acquisition, and engagement across channels

  • Annualized Base Salary Range: $70,000 to $100,000
