A leading, innovative food & beverage company is looking for an experienced Consumer Insights Manager to successfully create surveys, analyze consumer & sensory data, generate insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations to drive business growth in the Miami, FL area.
THE ROLE:
As Consumer Insights Manager, you will create surveys and lead the analysis of large amounts of 1st and 3rd-party data to generate key insights that enable senior leadership, thus driving optimization and business growth. You will be responsible for:
Collecting/cleaning/analyzing substantial customer and sales data using SQL and/or BigQuery
Designing and executing surveys using Qualtrics and analyzing/interpreting results
Performing statistical analysis and scripting on external data sources (i.e., Nielsen, Circana)
Extracting key insights from analyses and tests, and delivering data-driven recommendations
YOUR SKILLS:
Progressive commercial advanced analytics experience in sensory, food & beverage, CPG, etc.
Well-versed in core advanced analytics data mining and scripting tools such as Python, R, and SQL
Proficient in building customized dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Looker, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
