Job Summary:
We are on the look out for experienced Consultants, both generalists and specialists to keep up with client demand. As consultants, we perform an advisory role however we are often also the ones 'rolling up our sleeves' to implement strategies, so hands-on experience is key.
We are privileged to work with some incredible clients across a diverse range of industries including: Consumer, Technology, Industrial, Pharmaceutics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Government, Financial Services, Professional Services and more.
Required Skills/Abilities:
An expert in your field of expertise (eg: executive compensation, organizational development, executive coaching)
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
Experience and confidence advising senior leadership
Prior consulting experience is an advantage
Experience developing new business
Excellent organization and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience
Minimum of ten years in your specific field of expertise (eg: Executive Compensation, Organizational Development, Coaching etc)
Relevant professional credentials preferred eg: SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP); Coaching credentials.
Additional Information
This is a contract (1099) position
We work remotely and travel to clients locations as needed
