The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the seamless execution of IT projects, ensuring timely communication and coordination between consultants, managers, and clients. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with consultants at various stages of their assignment, including initial onboarding, weekly check-ins, and monthly reviews. Manage logistics such as pay rates, overtime, vacations, travel, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Build high quality relationships with consultants, clients, users, company leaders and external partners.
  • Conduct initial screenings of consultant submittals to ensure alignment with client requirements, verify references, and manage client interactions.
  • Prepare consultants for video interviews, ensuring they are well-prepared and briefed on client expectations.
  • Review and analyze status reports from consultants, identify key project insights, and assist in maintaining project timelines and providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Track and monitor key project milestones to ensure timely delivery and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Attend bi-weekly meetings with managers, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items such as status updates, role transitions, and overtime approvals.
  • Collaborate with managers to forecast additional resource needs based on project demands and timelines.
  • Facilitate the end-of-assignment process, including consultant redeployment or transition planning.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the IT sector.
  • Experience with assisting and coordinating IT projects through the full life cycle.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with consultants, managers, and clients.
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Exhibits strong presentation and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in the staffing or consulting industry.
