We are seeking a dedicated Construction Warranty Manager to join our team. The Warranty Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warranty claims and support one year warranty walks ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient resolution of warranty issues. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures.
Duties
Manage and process warranty issues from initiation to resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to address quality issues leading to warranty issues
Develop and implement strategies to improve warranty processes
Communicate with customers regarding warranty status and resolutions
Maintain accurate records of warranty issues and resolutions
Education
Associates in Construction Management or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
Work experience is acceptable in lieu of education.
2+ years of Warranty Experience is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage Warranty Department by delegating responsibilities to Team
Knowledge and ability to read construction plans and specs
Complete Warranty checks
Support one year warranty walks
Communicate and schedule Subcontractors for repairs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Maintain organized files, plans & shop drawings
Maintain and manage warranty google doc
Follows all safety guidelines to ensure safe jobsite repairs
Assist with scheduling or addressing of building maintenance items
Support field management leaders with other duties as assigned
