Construction Supervisor

MD Brinn is seeking a construction site supervisor to provide on-site coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, managing materials and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and that work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Site Supervisor shall be responsible for keeping the project on schedule, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Qualifications and Skills

Supervisory Responsibility:

Site Supervisor shall supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on a daily basis. This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed.

Education and/or Experience:

·  Minimum of three years of verifiable tradesman experience; thorough knowledge of trades and should be computer literate. Experience in commercial production is preferred. Office experience of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Project & Outlook) is also preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, depending on level of experience, we are seeking a variety of levels.
