Project Superintendent Job Description:

The Project Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Commercial, Federal, Education, Grocery, High-End Retail/Restaurant, Municipal, or Multifamily Construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.

Select Responsibilities:

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships
• Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program
• Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent from accredited institution
• 3+ years as a Project Superintendent in Construction
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and/or Microsoft Project
