Construction Superintendent

The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.

Position: Travelling Superintendent (Light Industrial/Big Box Retail)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have 3+ years of experience with general contractor working on ground up Light Industrial/Big Box Retail projects.
• Experience leading with over 15M+ project/s.
• Day-to-day oversight of the job.
• Helping with creating the schedule and management of subcontractors.
