Seeking an Commercial Superintendent for a well-established General Contractor in the NYC area. Primarily focused on new build commercial construction, healthcare, school and multi-family projects.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- 3-6+years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Relevant Degree is preferred.
- Manage sub-contractors, site management, budgeting, from take-offs to closeout.
- Knowledge of on site safety measures and local laws/regulations, run toolbox talks, ect.
- DOB license preferred.
- Experience with Commercial Construction site layouts, coordinating deliveries, inspections.
- Proficient in construction software (Bluebeam/Procore/Ect.)
Salary/Benefits:
- $130-$160k+ base salary
