Lead Superintendent – Commercial Interiors

Manhattan-based projects will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades. While the firm completes many projects in the $2m-10m range, we are looking for a super who has experience working on larger projects in the $30-50m range and has worked with very high-end finishes.

• Base salary $180,000-225,000

About you:

• Minimum 7-10+ years’ experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent in NYC
• Experience running complex corporate interior projects above $10m in value as Lead Super
• OSHA SST 62
• Proficiency in Procore
