Summary
Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Rate of Pay: $60 - $75.00 per hour (based on experience).
Shift: Day Shift - 5/10s could shift to 6/10's.
Location: West Point, NY
Assignment: Open Assignment
Job Description
Participates in design review process.
Oversees construction lifecycle, from mobilization to close-out.
Prepares, manages, and updates project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Review submittal and RFI’s, including subcontractor submissions, for accuracy prior to
submission to owner or designer of record.
Be lead for preconstruction and preplanning activities to ensure project is completed in
accordance with the contract documents and within budgetary constraints.
Project documentation processing to include daily reports, pay applications, submittals, RFI’s,
warranty information, close out documents, record drawings and all final release documents.
Material buyouts and ordering to ensure project schedule is met.
Candidate will be liaison and manage all communications/ meetings between customer,
company, and subcontractors.
Financial oversite to include preparation of project forecasts and work in progress schedules as
required.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
