Job Description
Provide leadership and supervision to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop and implement project plans.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and sustainability standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Address any construction-related challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure project success.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and daily logs.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

The Successful Applicant
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively oversee and motivate teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to sustainable construction practices and environmental responsibility.
OSHA certification is preferred.
