Position Overview
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in planning and executing diverse construction projects, focusing on renovations in live hospitality settings. You'll collaborate closely with on-site teams to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budgetary goals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Manage project budgets to ensure financial success.
Schedule Coordination: Develop project schedules aligned with client timelines.
Team Collaboration: Work remotely with on-site superintendents to uphold quality, safety, and project impact.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and regular site visits.
Deliverable Excellence: Ensure project success by meeting schedule, quality, and budget expectations.
Documentation: Organize and maintain project documents accurately.
Process Improvement: Implement effective strategies for project processes and risk management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within commercial construction/renovation, hospitality experience advantageous.
Proficiency in reading building plans and managing project plans.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Procore, MS Project, Blue Beam, and Excel preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
