Reporting to the Manager of Project Management, the Live Environment Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing construction projects of varying sizes and scopes, primarily in the renovation field. In this role, you'll foster and nurture existing client relationships while actively seeking opportunities for repeat business and new partnerships.
Collaborating closely with our on-site teams, you'll ensure the successful delivery of our customer and company commitments, including quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, minimizing operational impact, and managing budgets effectively. This position requires a synergistic approach, working hand-in-hand with all team members to achieve project success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project budgets to ensure financial success.
Develop project schedules aligned with customer timelines.
Work remotely with on-site superintendents to maintain schedules, quality standards, safety protocols, and minimize operational impact.
Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors.
Maintain exceptional customer relations through clear communication, regular reporting, conferencing, and on-site visits.
Ensure the delivery of our core commitments: Schedule, Quality, Minimal Impact, Customer Budget, Project Budget, Risk Management, and Safety.
Manage internal budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing projections.
Collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
Oversee RFI and submittal processes with the assistance of project engineers.
Accurately organize, track, and maintain key project documents.
Develop and maintain critical path method (CPM) schedules.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related role within the commercial construction/renovation industry. Hospitality experience is a plus.
Proficient in reading and interpreting building plans and plan management.
Proven experience in implementing process strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Procore, MS Project, Blue Beam, and Excel.

This is a full-time position based in Lynden, WA, or remote, with travel to job sites as required.
